By submitting payment and audio files, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final. This is a hands-on, analog processing service. No refunds or revisions are offered.

• If there is a technical issue with your files (e.g. delivery error or wrong version), please contact us within 3 days — we’ll correct it at no additional charge.

• You retain full ownership of your audio. We will never share or use your material without written permission.

• Processed files are delivered via email as 24-BIT 96K WAV FILES.

• Files are removed from our system 7 days after delivery — please download promptly.

• We may request to use before/after clips for our portfolio, but only with your explicit permission.
